The area is very steep. Please make sure you have good hiking shoes and good clothing. There's a lot of hiking, a creek to play near (COLD WATER!!), and cool things in the area. Below are a few things that can be done.
Week at the Hut!
Tschamin Schwaige
This is a lovely place on the river with delicious food. There's a path you can hike up further to some great pools the kids can play in. It's a wonderful spot but will require a bit of walking to get there. (About 30 mins to the car, then a 7 min drive. Worth it!)

Hanigerschwaige
This is a location you have to hike to. This is a big hike but the views are astounding. They offer food and drink and it sits right at the bottom of the mountains. The hike is about 2-3 hours for an adult, and 3-5 hours for kids on the way up. It is faster down as it's down hill. This is a long one so it would be a day hike.

Gondola Ride Up!
Kölner Hütte
Cora and I did this for the first time last time I visited. It's a great day trip if you want to get up close to the mountain without a grueling hike. This does cost a bit extra, but includes a gondola ride up to a hut at the base of the mountain. They serve food and drink, and have hiking trails around if you'd like to explore more.
